Another Version of spark of happiness using Etude House "Dear My Party Nails" Pbe102. I'm using the Face Shop Nail Polish #05 as base and add Etude House "Dear My Party Nails" Pbe102 as the sugar coat at the tip of my fingers :3 What do you think? Give me comment if you pleased ^^
