VISÉE Color Blend Cheek PK-4

Visée, the sub-brand make up under Kose Japan, has won the heart among young women in Japan for their acclaimed make-up concept. Since 2013, they finally revamp new glamorous concept with Rola as their new ambassador proceeding Ayumi Hamasaki & Kumi Koda. After their successful "Glossy Rich Eyes" range, "Blend Color Cheek" range is totally eye candy.

Visee market target is young and stylish women with emphasis on the 'modern & glamor' looking concept. The Blend Color Cheek range (ブレンドカラー チークス) is launched with total 8 shades in mesmerizing 4 swirl-gradations color in single compact blusher to create a healthy flush of color. It's retailed for Yen 1.650 (or equals with IDR 240.000 from Iroiroshopu OL Shop since Visee brand doesn't marketed yet in Indonesia beauty counter). The net product weights for 7.5 gr, with additional natural bristle from squirrel hair in fan shape, and made from lacquered Black-Metallic sturdy-plastic engraved in flowery pattern transparent window showcasing the embossed blush. The packaging is packed in a beautifully double compartment for the blush and brush with no mirror inserted.

All information are written in Japanese, only limited info provided in English. The outer packaging has ingredients, color variant, application how-to, and further information about the product. While the blusher case is made from gunmetal design in a sophisticated-modern looking packaging with slight information about the product's shade, info and related info.

The blusher is powdery; the texture is silky-powdery on the pan but after swatch it becomes chalky. The pigmentation is subtle; a dusky pink-rose color along with tinged highlighter and bronzer in the same color spectrum. It has demure gradation comparing to the other color selection and categorized as dusty rose hue. The color in the pot looks pigmented but it turns to be mere subtle after applied on the cheek. However, it's a good choice for those who love hint of color in the cheek or merely wants to give flush of healthy glow on the face.

My Verdict?
Kawaii~ The product cuteness is to die for~ Japanese is truly winner when it comes to cute or fine product with magnificent quality. The new Visee product has won acclaimed rank or review in may Japanese beauty magazine especially the 2014 Fall Lip & Cheek Cream. Overall, the Color Blend range slides into moderate product. It's visually good in the pan, but turns merely subtle after applied on the cheek. The texture is powdery and the pigmentation finish is subtle. The muted finish could be a biggest turn-down for glowing or vivid flush lover, yet for me a hint of healthy flush is okay. Another might find that the blusher creates so many overlapping dust which is really annoying and wasted. Yet these cute packaging caught my heart and the subdued finish is office-appropriate. My end-of-year haul with girly thematic, errr, I'm sucker for cute stuffs

VISÉE Glossy Rich Eyes in PK-3

My 100 post! My current verdict will discuss the latest hype among Japanese women, Visée Glossy Rich Eyes. Another Far-east favorite product; this eyeshadow promotes glossy-looking finish on your eyes with super enchanted packaging in baroque style.

For those Japanese drug-store products devotee, should check another product under Kose brand, Visée. This series was launched back then in 2013 as an Autumn Winter collection. The eyeshadow series itself has 8 shades in total; while this product is PK-3 with Plum ambiance representing Fall. For more information about glossy rich eyes can be checked in their official website; unfortunately all information are written in Japanese.

PHOTOS
The outer packaging itself made from sturdy plastic with color information, product description, ingredients, and application how-to in the front and back-side packaging.

The glossy rich eyes series range from Yen 1.600 (before tax) and sold all over Japan. In case you're living outside Japan, then Adam Beauty or OL Shop might be the best solution to get one. The palette contains 4 shades in a pan: Frosty glossy base (Pale Pink-frosty); Nude shimmer highlight (Shimmering Champagne); Glittery Wine shade with creamy finish (Shimmering Red Wine); and Metallic Creamy Brown shade for liner (Shimmering Dark-Brown)

The packaging made from lacquer black plastic, travel-friendly with a double-tip sponge applicator on the both side. It is decorated with girly baroque style with a lace decoration surrounds the transparent plastic glass. The packaging is holographic and tends to look more modern with slightly-greyish fluorescent.

Indoor light; as you can see the shimmers are more reflected indoor. Just like another typical Japanese eye products: coordinated shades with shimmery/frosted shades. The glossy base and other shades works out with less fallout and creamy texture for gradient look.

My verdict?
SWOON. Visée should be categorized as drug-store brand with high-end quality. No wonder Japanese make-up quality mostly comparable with their high-end; their quality is absolutely great. A good steal for those make-up junkies and Japanese make-up lover. Either you only use single shade or all of the above for gradient look, the formula is not a joke. However, if you compare KATE from Kanebo with Visée from Kose, I should say Visée dares to offer more variants. Still, eye primer is primarily required for best finish; the texture and color will show off from a good base (compared to my swatch eyes which has no base applied before.)

Total satisfaction for the money wise; it's another typical Japanese product with great pigmentation, texture and finish for a drug-store range. However, other products from the same range is quite lusting since Visée offers seducing & varied color system. I guess PK-3 works best for daily but also enchanted for night time. Hardly not to head-over-heels with this baby, yet it's not easy to get one in Indonesia so PO might be the solution to obtain one. I guess the waiting is worth the result, Visée Glossy Rich Eyes is one of the best self-birthday-gifts to myself :) If only I could share this kind of happiness with somebody ♥

KATE & Visée Early Birthday Haul

Hello Beauty addict! It's my another (impulsive) haul yet my early-birthday gift to myself! Hahaha. Another Japanese Make-up Brand from KATE Kanebo and Visee are complementing my July.

As you know, I'm a big fan of Japanese Make-up brand since forever; their texture and formula are like crazy even though quite expensive comparing to most Korean brand like Etude House, The Face Shop, etc. Finally, I decided to put a PO through IroIroShopu (gotta follow them first to get the real time price & promo) and totally in awe when my order arrived at office XD

There are 3 items in total, they are;
  1. KATE Powderless liquid for Cover in OC-D
  2. KATE Rouge Hg in RS-9
  3. Visee Glossy Rich Eyes in PK-3
In sum, I guessed all of these items are the most popular cosmetic products in Japan, if you ever seen Japanese Magazine then you'll realized that these items are often featured, therefore I just order the products based on the hype. Without wasting so much time, please have a look on my haul and wish you a very wonderful day~! Reviews are coming up! :)
