Unlike my previous long-text post, I'm gonna make a simple comparison and swatch review about Wet 'n Wild lipstick, because: everybody's already reviewing about it *chuckles*. WnW is (another) US drugstore product which distinctly offers various, endless and affordable make up products with high quality formula starring Fergie as their ambassador. Often called as 'MAC's dupe', WnW Megalast Lipcolor Lipstick offer an endless shade to pick and vibrant pigment to wear which described as:

Since 2015, WnW finally landed their foot print on Indonesia beauty market. With competitive price tag, WnW retailed their Megalast Lipcolor for US$ 1.99, while Indonesia market offers an incredibly unbelievable (expensive) tag for IDR 98.000 (1 USD = IDR 13.500) for another Asian-made product.  Following their previous successor 'Maybelline' who already had special place in Indonesia market, WnW tries to adjust their level with bold-edgy concept and budget friendly product. ROSE BUD: A versatile rosy-pink with warm under-tone. Glides easily when stroked into the skin and leaves a subtle sheen when directly exposed to light.

SUGAR PLUM FAIRY: A vivid cool undertone plum with hint of red. More matte than Rose Bud and doesn't glides evenly on surface due to its drier-matte texture.

COMPARISON

My Verdict?

I might say I was impressed by how WnW Megalast Lipstick glides on my lip; it's moisturizing enough and leaves supple lip behind. However, Sugar Plum Fairy doesn't do the move; it's bit drier and matter than Rose Bud but stay longer and leaves a nice stain afterward. Rose Bud texture is more creamier, feels more moisturized and reflects glitz of sheen when exposed to direct light but fades away easily. Both are looking good for cool and warm skin-tone; if you're looking for wearable shade for everyday then opt for Rose Bud, Sugar Plum Fairy looks gorgeous for evening event or to pull-out deeper shade of Fall mood.
